This guy sells labels for specialty electronic equipment. Anyway, currently when he gets an online order, he gets an email notification with the customers name address, shipping address, email, what they ordered and the total price. The client also gives their credit card information etc. but he has to log into his secure site area to get that. He reviews the order and only charges the card after he makes sure the order is correct. He uses quick books and has to re-imput the credit card data etc. He wants me to build him a responsive site that works the same way on the payment processing side. I was thinking of using Jot Forms to create the order forms and get the data. My question is, can we (I) set it up set it up like he has it now so only certain fields are sent to him in the email notification and the payment information he could get logging into his Jot forms account so it remains secure or could the notification email be encrypted so it would not be an issue?
