Hi I bet you get asked this question all the time but how would I know if I have gotten an email? Is there no possible way I can be informed by email or it arrives to my email?

I assume you mean the form submission email alert.
When you create your form, it will have a default Notification Email setup. The default Recipient Email is your account email. So every time your form is submitted, it will send the email alert to your email.
You can also review all the sent email logs of your forms in the Sent Email History logs.
