How to delete submissions/uploads from deleted forms?

    Hi,

I cloned and deleted my outdated forms, thinking that would also delete the submissions for it, to clear out my submission storage. Is this correct?

If not, what can I do? Will I just need to create a new account?

Also, how to I dump the uploads to clear that storage? I have saved the information I need from these, and no longer need these to be stored.

    Thanks!

Please note that deleting a form from the account will be moved to Trash folder and you may be able to restore it again. If you want to delete the form submissions of a form, you may delete them by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

If you want to delete the form along with the submissions, you may select the form from the Trash folder and click on Purge button. Please be noted that deleting the submissions or purging a form is permanent action and the form or submissions cannot be restored. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, please refer to the guide below:

    Thank you!
