I have created a form with values however no scores or values show up on the results email.

Hi there, I have created a form for users which I wanted there to be risk scores to this form however despite applying values behind each question is does now seem to work on the results email as it shows no scores between low to high risk?

I have just checked your form and it seems like almost all the fields are required so they should be included in the email notification, I also checked the email template and the fields seem to be there. 

May you please let us know if there are some specific fields that are not included in your email? 

I would also recommend you to delete and add a new email notification, this should clear up any issue with the current one.
