Forms are sending out wrong information when completed

    I'm having an issue where my customers complete a form and it sends out the form to their e-mail with the information from an older form. I cloned a previous form and changed the information but it keeps the information from sending out. Is there a way to turn off forms being e-mailed to whoever fills them out if this problem isnt fixed?

    In the original form, you must have edited the auto-responder email template. When you cloned it, the same email template must have been cloned. The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing auto-responder email alert and add a new one. When you add a new email alert, it will always include all questions from your form.
