Can a customer print a copy of their completed form before submitting or can the autoresponder email include all text on the form not just their answers. For example our customers tick a box to say they agree to the Terms & Conditions but I would like their confirmation email to include the text of the T&C's as well as their tick agreeing.

You can add a print button to your form so that your users can print it before submitting.
Only input fields are by default included inside of the emails, but you can edit your email templates and add your text.
You can also send a PDF report of submitted data to your user via the Autoresponder email that will include all text from your form.
To achieve this you need to set PDF Attachment option to Yes inside of the Autoresponder email settings.
You will also have to check the "Show Headers and Texts" checkbox in the form submissions page.
