Upload Limit reached

Hello,

I've a free account and I'm wondering why I get this error message "upload limit reached" since the uploads are saved in my google account?

My second question is: if I delete a submission, will the upload file in my google account be deleted also ?

I checked and your account is now within the limits. I also saw that you deleted some of your submissions. 

If you delete your submissions files on your Google Drive will not be deleted. 

However, if you are using Google Spreadsheet, the links of uploaded files inside of the spreadsheet will no longer work because files are deleted from our servers. 

You can also download your submissions before you delete them.
