Currently we have wrong emails being sent out even though the correct email is in the send field on the conditions page. We have tried to fix this several times and have even reentered the information to make sure it is correct. Is this a glitch in the system? How would we fix this?
As well we have had problems with our survey called SLW. We have had the survey making people fill it out several times and receiving several copies of the same person. The survey is telling them that they are missing information when they have actually already filled out all the information. Is this a glitch in the system?

I have been checking your form and it allows me to submit the form, I have been filling the required fields and the form went through without any problem.
May you plea-se ask your users to check the web console and send you a screenshot if they find any error?
May be that there are errors either on the connection, scripts or some other functionality of the form that prevents the submission.
