Custom Domains with Jotform

I setup GoDaddy to point to custom.jotform2.com.  Its been over 48 hours and when I update https://form.jotform.com/ronwilsoncenter/it-request-ticket  in jotforms it should be my URL but it is not. Is there something in my account setting that needs to tell jotforms I'm using a custom Domain?

Or using your custom URL
