On my payment form I would like for purchasers to haVE a preview of what they wrote in my comments field.
Also is there a way to create a more attractive or custom auto-response to purchasers?

The only difference between the paid subscribers and free accounts are the account usage and limits.

The answer has NOTHING to do with my question. Perhaps I was not did not phrase my question correctly. Let me clarify, once I have a form and a client is making a payment with it, is there a setting to make it so the buyer making a payment with the form, can preview what they have entered? Thank you!

My apologies for the confusion.
To my understanding, you want the users to preview the what they have entered to your form before submitting it. You can add the Preview Before Submit widget to your form so the users can review their submission before clicking the Submit button.
Here's a demo form where the widget is added: https://form.jotform.com/63350566632961

I hope this information helps. Thank you.
