Form stuck after clicking "submit"

Good afternoon, My name is Joy. One of our clients is filling out an application for us and after she clicks "submit" it just says "please wait" forever and never completes and I don't see it on our end either. She's tried it 3-4x on different devices with the same outcome. 

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

I have been testing your form and was unable to replicate the problem, I was navigating through the form pages and filling out the required fields and was able to submit it without any problem. 

I think there might be something blocking the form, an add on, plugin, security setting or anything on the network or browser that may be preventing the form to be submitted.
