How to save a record of the users submissions on the email?

I created a new form using the "Single question on One Page" form layout.  I've found the setting that allows the person responding to the form to Preview their responses before submitting, however, I can find no way for that person to save, or print, or be copied on the email, or have any record of their response.

I found a widget called "Preview before Submit Widget" which works great for the all questions on one page form layout, but is not compatible with the single question on one page form layout.

Are there any options for this?
