I am trying to use the Card Connect payment element within a Jot Form. When I run a test transaction I get a "Card Connect Payment Error 401 Unauthorized" message. Can you tell me what instances would cause that? Does it maybe have to do with the api sign on information?

I have been testing the integration on my end and it seems to be working, here is a cloned version of your form that you can test: https://www.jotform.com/73627691579978
You can also use "Test" keys to test your payments with:
- Credit Card Number: 4242424242424242
- CVC : 123
- Valid Expiration Date
*Later than the current date
I would recommend you to check that the API information you have provided is the correct one. Also, please check that your CardConnect account is not on sandbox mode, otherwise sandbox mode should be enabled on your form too.
You may also check the web console to see if there are errors: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
Please provide us an image about the console, do not attach the image on the email reply to this thread since that will not reach the thread. Here's the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
