Can't get into folder to clean old data

    Also email received with attachments can not be opened. Forced to go to jotform to view them. Before I could just click the link and it would work. Has not worked for several months.

    I'm not sure if I understood your questions, your thread's title is "Can't get into folder to clean old data" and you're also referring to the downloads link. 

    May you please clarify us a bit about "Can't get into folder to clean old data"? 

    If you're trying to clean up your form of submissions then you may follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data 

    Now, to download all the files, you will need to click on the "Download all uploads" button while on the submissions page and that will send you an email, click on the download button that will download the zip file on your computer with all the files you have received. 

    If the file has a different extension or if does not download the file and shows an error, please let us know.
