I said if our credit card transactions to process through the square but have not received any of the revenue. Is there something additional I need to do?

I inspected your form and the Square Integration is set to Test Mode. Because of that, you did not receive any payments.
You have to change the Mode to Live mode and re-connect the form with your Square account if you want to collect the payments.
You will also have to contact the users that already submitted the form and ask them to submit the form again. You can find their info on the submission page of your form:
