Each time I attempt to add these integrations, it just loads and eventually logs me out.

What browser are you using? Please try clearing your browsers cache or user a different browser. If the issue persist, please take a screenshot of the browser console report, while the issue is happening: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

That worked, thank you. I didn't think to do that since it worked for another form in the same browser. Thanks again.
