How to integrate Consent form with Square Appointment?

Hello!

I would like to use jot form to manage our consent forms / online waivers for square bookings. 

I know that jot form is an approved app - is it possible for a customer to book through square and then have the consent form integrated? 

we have integrated with Square Payment to Jotform and you can use it to collect payment and add consent to your form hence you can collect payments and have customers sign consent on your form.

Hi Trevon-- I am speaking to square appointments though not just square for payments. So i need a client to click on the service they need (all priced differently) choose their time/date and then provide consent on their jot form. I don't see how those two link in that format. Right now I see how i can link to square to add payment and cc box but will this work with the appointment software? 

Unfortunately the Jotform-Squre payment integration will not work with Square appointment software as far as i know.

Also checked if Square Appointment could allow redirect to your form once appointment is made but seems Square appointment does not support that.
