I just created a Squarespace form for my square space account and it worked perfectly for my website account, but it isn't user friendly on mobile, it will completely redirect them to a new page. Is it possible to have this feature available for cell phones too?

Could you please tell us Website URL in which your form was embedded?

The form should be mobile friendly by default. Please check this guide on how to embed your form to Square Space https://www.jotform.com/help/37-Adding-a-form-to-Squarespace.

If you used the above method. You can also try using the iFrame Embed code in embedding your form to your website.

I used the embedded code, and unfortunately it still wasn't working with my cell phone. Every time I try to type in my name it will bring me to a new page.

It works when I use my website on a mac but not when I use mobile.

I don't see your form anywhere on your website https://chad-miazga-9whz.squarespace.com/

I browsed all the menus you have at the top of that website (from Home > to Shop) but failed to find any forms except the one I found on your Contact page https://chad-miazga-9whz.squarespace.com/contact/ but this wasn't built with JotForm.

Please share the exact URL where we can see your embedded form so we can check it.
