Hi guys, I have some questions regarding the purchase of your products. By purchasing your bronze package I have the possibility to create 25 different forms to associate with 25 different customers, is this correct?

Can I have a control panel for each single form created to give to the client or do I have a single panel in which I control all my forms? If the second answer is affirmative, can I customize the control panel by entering the customer's logo?

    regards Francesco

No, that means, you can only have 25 active forms in your account. If you have more than that, you will have to archive the form to disable them. Disabled form won't count towards your form limit.

There's no limit to how you share the form URL or the number of customers. The limit applies only to the submissions and form views. For Bronze, the submissions limit is 1,000 per month. That's for the whole account not per form.

Each form has its unique form URL. You can use it to share with your customers. To manage the forms, you will have to log in to your JotForm account.

You can customize each form in the form builder and add image logo in it.

If the clients refer to those that who can manage the forms you created for them, that's possible when you share them the form. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User. For Bronze, there's a maximum of 3 sub-user accounts you can share your forms.

If you have any other questions, let us know.

Ok going to the top package how many user panels can I have? Another question, can I schedule the sending of the e-mail reports to the customer? I give an example I create 25 forms that are associated to 25 different customers. Can each form set up an automatic submission or report to the customer?

As stated earlier by my colleague, you only have one user panel however you can share your form with sub-users whom you can grant full access to the form.

On each form you can setup notification that should receive any notification from the specific form. Below is a guide on how to setup form notification
