You can create an autoresponder email so that the user who completed the form will receive a confirmation email. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email.

You may also attach a PDF copy of submission in the autoresponder email. You just need to enable the "PDF Attachment" option in the Advanced tab.
