Regarding Submission forms

I am able to get Submission data from the previous month backwards but unable to see any of the submissions in the current month.  Is there a place where I request Submission for a specific time period?

I have checked your forms and I can see the last submission was received on Jan, 2018. All the submissions are actually showing up on the submissions page. 

You may also check the email history for your account and see that the last submission was received on January.
