Images are not showing in PDF

Hi, since this morning pictures don't appear anymore in pdf ... only the name of the picture ... Please help quickly !! Thx

Can you please give us the Form URL and the Submission ID on which the images are not showing?
Where to Find My Form URL?

I have checked some of your forms and the images are showing properly in a submission made on March 1st.

I have also created a test form and the image is showing on the PDF.

As you can see, the PDF images are showing on my end for your form as well.

The images are showing in the downloaded PDF as well.

Please clear the cache of your browser and try again or try using another browser.

Thank you : I cleared my cache … tried with another browser … tried on another computer here … result is the same !!! One can see the pictures but the DO NOT appear in the downloaded PDF !!!

From what I can read at this thread, it seems that you need to customize your PDF report. Images might not fit it at the moment.

I’m very sorry, but it clearly is a problem in the Jotform application !
I even created a new form and the problem is the same !
Pdf-files work perfectly with other applications …
Additionally : it is impossible that the problem would be local : problem is the same on tw different computers here at the office !!

As I said earlier, I am able to see the images on the submissions page and on the downloaded PDF.

Please download it and let us know if you can see the images in that file. It might be that the PDF reader is blocking the images or some browser extension.
