Our registration form for the Sweet Retreat doesn't seem to synchronize with Google Sheets

I've used the Google connector to make the registrations avaiable to the organizers, but not everyone (Amanda Harrington) shows up. Also, for some reason a couple of entries show up in green at the top of the Google Sheet. Any ideas about why these two things are happening?

Unfortunately, I am not able to see your google spreadsheet as it needs to request for access.

It seems that your spreadsheet is working fine and has the same content with the data on the Submissions page.

I checked the submission data regarding "Amanda Harrington". If you mean that the data that didn't show up is about their "Payer Info" details then probably you manually completed Incomplete Payments.

Please take note that manually completing a Payment will not be counted as Successful Payment, to automatically process and update Incomplete Payment's, you will need to enable IPN on your Paypal account.
