I WAS able to open my account but once I clicked on a form everything would freeze. I cleared the cache and now the jot form web site won't even open on my computer. I'm running a Mac.

I have checked your account but I was not able to replicate the issue. However, It may be caused because of the form caches. I have cleared your form caches. You can clear your form caches by yourself too:
If the issue still persists, could you please provide us the browser's name and its version number and some screenshots of browser console.
->I kindly recommend you to try another browser for a temporary solution if the issue encounters again.
