Can i add a completed form recipient from the form itself?

i would like the completed form to be sent to myself and also be sent to the person who completed the form using the email address they have provided on the form itself. is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. 

To send an email with submitted data your email address you have to create the Email Notification. When a form is created the email Notification will also be created and the recipient email address will be an email address of your account.

To send an email to your users, you have to create an Autoresponder Email. An Autoresponder email will be automatically created when you add an email field to your form.
