When my monthly submission limits will get reset?

Dear Jotform,

I currently have an active form that I am using for event RSVPs. Where or how can I check the date of the first month's cycle? At the moment I have 87 out of 100 monthly submissions allowed, does it open up another 100 after 30 days? Could you explain how it works?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note, the monthly limits will get reset after the 30 days cycle. I've checked your account and can confirm that your limits will reset on May 01, 2024. You can easily check the usage and when this usage will get reset. Let me show you how:

• Login to your Jotform account.
• Click on your Avatar/Profile picture in the top right corner and click on Settings.

• Select Usage from the left side of the menu.
