Email notifications: no submission email received

    Checked that and still not working. I get the test emails from the form but not from ANY submissions!!!!

    Do note that when you test mail your autoresponder, it will only go to your own email address.

    I have checked your mail logs and I can't seem to find any submission for the form Kurs-Anmeldung - Fitalstudio

    Can you please verify if that is the form you are testing?

    Please check also your SMTP settings again. Here is a guide:-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Kindly try to submit your form and let us know if the issue still remains?

    I just remembered that I changed my email password a couple of days ago. Could that be the issue? If so, how can I change it on my forms?

    Your email password should have no relation to the delivery of emails to your email account. 

    In checking your email delivery logs here in JotForm, it shows that all emails were properly sent. With this, I recommend to please check your spam folder for possibilities that the email alerts may have landed there.

    If you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, and the emails are not found in your spam/junk mail folder, please visit your webmail instead (go to your mail server's web page and login to your email account). Next, check your spam folder there. Chances are, the emails landed on the spam folder there which prevented your email client app to download/sync your emails to your email client.

    You may also review your email activity history in order to understand/view the status of your forms' email alert deliveries. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Hi, it was definitely my email password as my jotform account sends me the forms using my smtp email. As soon as I changed it all worked again.
