Is there any Video Taking widget / APP?

Is there a widget or app that allows to take a video from within my form, like the take photo widget and upload it like a the take photo widget...?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no widget to record video directly through the form at the moment.

But, you may try a standard File Upload field in a single file upload mode ('Multiple Files' option disabled).

That field should allow mobile users to capture videos.

Make sure to increase the max file size, and update allowed file extensions.
