User Contributed dropdown list

1. I understand that you guys having the dropdown list, it's very similar that the thing I wish to have. But basically my request, is there any dropdown list that for thousand of student name in one form and once i selected the student name and student detail will be appear in the same time automatically. After student submission and remove/disable the student name in the list. Is there any widgets can do this function ?

I have cloned your form and added User Contributed Dropdown widget and some text fields that include the students' details. (These text fields are hidden.) I have set up some conditions to show student details as you can see below:

Also, you can use asmSelect widget to disable the option in the list after selection.

Sorry, i dont really understand what you mean above. Are you trying to explain to me that i need to create setting one by one for my student detail ? But first question is where can I add the student detail ?

Yes, you need to create a detail for each student. You can use the "Text" tool to display the information of each student.

The condition created by my colleague shows that if the user added "Student 1" in the User Contributed widget and selected that, the specific Student Detail (Text field) will appear. For more information about the condition, please check this guide.

By the way, how to add asmSelect widget with the dropdown ? 

You can insert the asmSelect widget in the Form Builder. Just click the "Add Form Element" button and then go to the "Widgets" tab. Search for "asmSelect" and then drag it to the form. Change the options and then click the "Update widget" button.

ok got it.. and double confirm again.. there's no any other way that I can upload bug text to the form right ? because we do have at least 1000 student each event.
