How can I keep the column format from changing after the form is submitted?

    The form layout on the website looks correct when it is being filled out.

    However, after the form is submitted, the PDF that comes through is formatted totally different. The twin column design is gone. How can I make the PDF form hold the same type of twin column formatting after it is submitted?

    That is a default format of the PDF report. If you to position the fields inside of the PDF report the same way they are positioned inside of your form, you will need to customize your PDF report.

    You can also print your form with users data and save it as a PDF.
