Sub account users: Is there a way to download all of those uploaded files at once by subaccount users?

If someone uploads multiple files on a single form, is there a way to download all of those files at once, or do I need to click on each link individually to download?

In the Submissions page, there is an option to download all uploaded files. Please refer to this user guide: How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files.

This downloads files from all form submissions. Is there a way to download all files from a single submission?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download the submissions for a single submission. However, you may select 2 submissions by holding Ctrl Key so that the Download All Uploads button can turn to Download Selected Uploads.

Selecting one submission shall download the files for all the submissions.

This was helpful, thanks. Is there anyway to also allow sub-users to do this? I need multiple users to be able to download files, and it would be helpful if they could also do bulk downloads.

Yes, if you have allowed them to view your submissions they may simply follow the same steps to download the files, the submissions page is the same for all the users so the same features should work for them.

Thanks for the quick response. They do have access to both view submissions and edit the form. But when we try it on their account it says that sub users can't download files that way. Is there another setting I might be missing?

I have been testing using the sub-user feature as well as sharing the submissions page; however, it seems like the download all uploads function is restricted due to security matters. 

So far, the only way to download the file seems to be by clicking on each one. We may open a feature request for this if you want, although we cannot provide an ETA we would keep you updated via this thread.

Most of the times, the files uploaded will take time to process and download due to the number of files from the submissions. So, an email will be sent to the form owner when the files are processed to a single compressed file and ready to download. This email shall be sent to the parent account registered email address. So I believe that this request is restricted by the Sub-account users. 

I am forwarding the request to our backend team for evaluation. We cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at this moment. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
