Email template: Fields not in correct order

    Hi!

    Been experiencing this problem a lot recently. 

    Whenever somebody submits a form to me and i check the submission on my email, the questions are not in order. I attached a sample below.

    It looks like your email template is corrupted. May I suggest you delete this email and add it again? It should re-initialize everything and work as expected.
