Upgrade pricing

I have been a subscriber of jot form for several years. On July 13, I received an email notifying me that my payments have reached the limit for my bronze package, asking me if I would like to upgrade to the silver package.

I would like my payments to smoothly continue during the month of July. However, if I upgrade to the silver package you are asking me to pay $39 to continue in July. I have already paid $19 in July. Although this may seem trivial, why do I pay for the bronze package and the silver package price in one month? Would I not pay $20 to increase from bronze to silver package?

I am a small company, so I will be interested in downgrading the following month. Will you prorate Or credit the next month's payment?

    Thanks for your attention

When you upgraded to the Silver plan, the remaining balance was credited. You can check your invoices in the account billing page of your JotForm account. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
