HI Team ,
i seriously can't find where i can change from Noreply jotform.com to My email email address instead.
because i'd like the team to see my email when they submit the form instead jotform email.
can anybody let me know how to fix this ?

There are two methods for using custom sender address.
First one is using verification, This option sends the email alert on behalf of you but will still come from JotForm's mail servers.

The second one is using STMP, your emails will be sent using your own SMTP server.

*Email Address : the email that I assign to be sent when the users submit ?
*Hostname : ???*Port ? what is it ? which number should I put ?
User name : Which user name I put ? username of jotform ?
Password : where I can get the password ?
I'm seriously a basic here . your more guidance is really save me..thanks you

Yes. The email address field in the wizard refers to the email address that you want to use as sender address.
*Hostname : ???
*Port ? what is it ? which number should I put ?
The hostname, port number information shall be provided by your email service provider. If you do not have the information, we request you to get in touch with your IT support team or email/hosting service provider.
User name : Which user name I put ? username of jotform ?
Password : where I can get the password ?
The username and password refers to your email address that you want to use and it's password.

*I used my company email address as the email address when the users submit the form.
*Host name , Port provided by internal ID
*Users Name , I put my Name
*Password , I put window passport to be used
i followed all of the instruction , when i try to submit my form using my other email,
i didn't receive any email notification of the user submit the form.
and the form that user submit also not receive.
Can somebody clone it and let it work ? and if this solution doesn't work do we have any other solution ?
My purpose is : to get the users receive me as the Email Address ( my email address and my name )And then the one who submit the form also include their email in the form .. so they also receive the email of their submission.
Please help me on this. thanks you

Please try making the following changes to the SMTP account added and then send a test submission to see if that works.
Also, please let us know the form that you want the email notification and autoresponder to be sent using this SMTP address so that we can take a look and assist you.

Hi , I tried it , and it doesn't work.
I also set condition , once the user submit their email it will send notification to that person.
it also doesn't work , can you please help me to fix this ? I also wanna see the problem here. my form is BIG conference form 2019

I cloned your form and added my Gmail account for SMTP setup. It looks like Gmail doesn't allow me to send email.

hi , i'm getting lost now.
when I try to submit the form ,there's no any notification sending to my email. even to users.
i'm the admin , and when the users submit I should have received the notification. but NOTI have 2 purposes here :
1st : I wish my users can submit the form and receive the notification of what users submit with my email address ( hchanleakna@coca-cola.com.kh ) sending to their email.2nd : I wish the form i'm using ( BIG Conference 2019 ) with the EMAIL of the users to complete at the bottom text , after they submit , my email ( hchanleakna@coca-cola.com.kh ) can sent to users.
I mean we should put the condition over this , and condition I set up doesn't work.

1) I filled your form and got "Autoresponder" email from your email address "hchanleakna@coca-cola.com.kh". Also, I added my email address in your notification recipient email for testing purpose and I got the notification email too(I deleted my email address after testing operation).

You can change sender email address with verification if you need it in your other forms.
Did you get the notification email of my test submission form?
Please make a test submission to your form and fill the email field with your email address. Can you provide information to me if you get the "Notification", "Autoresponder" emails and your email that has "we we we" subject?

It should be show their name with their email address. On FROM : Not Jotform name with my email address
Since the email received by the user, I think it should be displaying your name or your organization name and your email address so that the user should be knowing that you sent a confirmation email. In order to change the name, you may edit the name from the autoresponder email settings. Please see the screencast below:
This is when I am the admin who receive the submission from user Be Chhayrath . The name looks correct. But the email isn’t . It should be their email address in the field they submit
Unfortunately, we do not have a direct feature use the user entered email address as the sender email address. However, you may consider using Mandrill service to achieve your requirement.
