HELP I deleted one of my CGUR forms.

Please undelete my OSU affiliate CGUR submissions. HELP!!

If you deleted submissions, then it's not possible to restore them since they are  deleted from our servers as well. If you have previously downloaded the submissions you may import them through an Excel or CSV file, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-Import-Your-Excel-or-CSV-Data-into-JotForm
