Change credit card

Hi I want to change my credit card but it keeps on sending me to Paypal. How do i change my method of payment to credit card and not paypal

If you wish to change your payment method from PayPal to credit card, you may do so, but you would need to cancel your current subscription since we do not have a direct way to cancel from PayPal. To do this, simply follow this guide to cancel your PayPal subscription, then you may re-upgrade again using your Credit Card.

Here is how to change your PayPal subscription properly:

1. Log into your PayPal account,

2. Find the latest payment you made to us,

3. Click on subscription number,

4. Click on Cancel Subscription button.

When you cancel that subscription you will not be charged again from that account and your current subscription with JotForm will stay until the subscription period ends.
