I’m getting the pdf sent with the email after a submission but they’re not visible in adobe, Preview or iBooks. They don’t seem to be big enough files and when I export directly from the JotForm website they just come up as a text string error.
Even if I download a preview it just shows a very basic version, not like the pdf form creator which has the logo and drop down options displayed.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Please note that PDF submissions don't have the same layout as Fillable PDF or web jotforms. However, if you want to show the headers and text in the PDF submission, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF

If you want to download your form as it looks online with users data on it, there is a workaround, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data
