Selecting more than on item on a payment form

I have created a registration form for the Churches of Christ Women's Spiritual Conference Retreat 2019. I've added paypal payment to the various registration to select from. I'm trying to add a T shirt selection also, but when I do and preview it, it won't allow me to select a registration fee and the t shirt. What am I doing wrong.

From the screenshot, I could see you are testing in your WIX website. Could you please provide the URL of the website?

On testing your standalone form I could not replicate the issue that you are facing on the website. There might be some script conflict at your website due to which you are not able to select the product items. Please share the screenshot of your browser console too.

Which embed method have you followed? The iFrame embed method is suggested.
