Post Survey Questions

Hello,

Had some questions related to post survey.

Does Jotform use / store any information that the responder provides? (outside of the stored submission info) (does jotform record email addresses / phone numbers to send jotform related promo material later on)

Will they send any Jotform branded promo info to the responder once they submit a form containing their email?

Is there was a way to customize the follow up email they recieve after completing the survey? (Don't want it advertising Jotform, wanted to be more branded with our company)

The information is stored in the form of submissions only. We do not use this information for any other purpose. 

Will they send any Jotform branded promo info to the responder once they submit a form containing their email?
We do not send promotional emails to users who fill the form. It's only sent to the users who sign up or opt-in for the promotion. 

Is there was a way to customize the follow-up email they receive after completing the survey?
Yes, you can customize the email notifications and autoresponder templates. Here is the guide that will help: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders 

You can even send emails from your own email address by using the SMTP for forms. Here is the article that explains How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
