Service Contracts

Good morning, 

Our restoration company is looking for a quote on printing our Service Contract/Terms and conditions in a carbon copy format. 

There are 2 forms the Service Contract, that needs to be carbon copy and the Terms and Conditions that need to be carbon copy.  

Is this something your company does?  If so, what is the pricing?  Is there a certain amount required to be ordered at one time?  how long is production?

I currently do not know how to get these documents to you unless I am provided with an email address, they are in word format and not able to be attached here.

Or do you want to print your 2 forms?

We have (2) seperate forms, both need to be printed in bulk as carbon
copies, as such we sign a contract template with a customer they get a copy and we
get a copy of each form.
I do not need to recreate our forms I just need to know if your company can
take the attached forms and create them as carbon copied documents?

Apparently I am the one that has lost her mind. I now understand why there
is so much confusion, your company specializes in online forms and I was
thinking I was ordering paper forms.
Now that I am clear on what I need to be requesting, I need some assistance
creating our Service Contract and Terms and Conditions in a Jot Form
template. I have tried to complete this task and have been unsuccessful
thus far.
Can you assist me with this? I attached our documents to a previous
