How to make an approval workflow form?

hello, Can I build an approval workflow forms through your system? and Do you have an option for "Save" and Resume/Return to the form. 

I am going to build an online timesheet for my part time employees. I have around 150 part time employees. All of my part time employee have multiple supervisor. One employee will submit on one timesheet, when hit submit the timesheet will go to each individual supervisor for review, edit and approval. Can your system accommodate this workflow?
