create a daily status form

Hello, 

I am looking to create a daily status form for my son's teacher and parents. Currently, at the end of every day, his teacher gives us a paper form that we bring with our child the following morning when dropping them off for school. On the form, we provide some basic information. The form is returned to parents at the end of the day with notes from the teacher along with a new black paper form. 

I want to help automate this process somewhat. But not sure if possible on your platform. First, can a form be created where the teacher can be the administrator to provide feedback on each form submitted by a parent for their specific child? Second, can parents somehow access a link that allows them to enter specific details for their child which is passed along to the teacher? Third, and last question, if all is possible can the teacher have access to a dashboard to see the inputted forms?

The teacher can create an account in JotForm and create a form. This way, she is the admin of the form and she can view the form submissions.

You can enable edit link in your from submissions, so that the parents can edit the submissions and your teachers can input a comment.
