Auto responder email

I would like to set a autoresponder email and a notification email 

but the options that appear to me are questions from the formulaire. It doesn't let me introduce the email or name of the company.

Can you help me with this question, please.

I inspected your Questionaire maison form and the Autoresponder Email is not working properly. The Recipient Email address of the Autoresponder Email has to be an Email filed. It is not possible to select one of the fields from the Multiple Text widget as a Recipient Email. You need to add an Email field to your form and set it as the Recipient Email inside of the Autoresponder Settings.
