    Hello guys,

I enabled the IPN Relay URL (set as:  https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php) when I set up my form.  Today, I see two incomplete payments.  I have gone to Paypal to check and verify all of my settings.  Everything is enabled and set the way you have described in the instructions.

I even checked the IPN History in my PayPal account, however, these transactions are not listed there.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks!

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Please be mindful that Incomplete payments show when your users close page/window once they submit your form and are redirected to PayPal.

Incomplete payments notification is for you to be informed about that, but you cannot complete such submission and charge the user. Your user(s) will have to re-submit the form.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for your response.  The end user has submitted the form 3 times and each occurrence is the same.  Incomplete payment.  In fact, I have another website in which the forms do not appear at all despite being connected (embedded) into the html.

The end user has submitted the form 3 times and each occurrence is the same.  Incomplete payment.

If the user did not complete the payment in PayPal, the submission will be shown in the Incomplete Payments section.

Did you a receive the payment in PayPal but the submission is still in the Incomplete Payments?

I have another website in which the forms do not appear at all despite being connected (embedded) into the html.

Can you please tell us what is the URL of the website where the form is embedded?

Ok...it seems that this particular user must have stopped each time when getting to the PayPal screen.  Another user's payment has been processed and completed.

form is embedded on the following:

www.khsignage.com > My Project >Make a Payment > bottom of page (Make a Credit Card Payment and Make a Check Payment) - the page sections appear but the form information does not appear.

Please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

I checked the link you have provided and I was not able to see the embedded form.
