Submissions: Can I duplicate a whole database?

so I can separate what I've done for specific artists IE all the Picassos and Miros are together and I want them to each be in their own named database without me having to create each all over again.

If you want form data to be available from 2 different submission pages, it would require using two different forms.  Alternatively, you could use the same form for both, filter the data from the submission page, then export the filtered data to two separate spreadsheet:
