My silver plan usage is incorrect

    I upgraded my plan to sliver but the number of payments I can made is NOT correct 

    It is still say 10 only

    I see that your account was holding Bronze monthly subscription plan. It seems that this subscription has renewed after paying for the Silver yearly plan. We have now changed the account to Silver plan. You are requested to cancel the Bronze subscription plan (I-LUJRUS5JF8XY) from PayPal dashboard by following the guide below:

    Once the subscription is cancelled from your end, please let us know here so that we can send a request to our manager to refund the last charge for Bronze monthly plan.

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for you last subscription payment for bronze plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
