How can I get my forms in my e-mail?

How can I get my forms to go in my e-mail when they fill out my forms? I lost many dancers by not responding. I thought they came to me, but I guess not.

As I check the email history log, I see that the email notifications are being sent from our end without any issue. I notice that you are using comcast email address which seems to be causing the issue. It seems that Comcast is blocking the emails being sent using JotForm and we have few other users reporting the same. However, you may consider adding JotForm email address and domains to the whitelist in your Comcast account or consider using SMTP email address for sending the email notifications.
