PDF attachment is showing nothing.

    the PDF attachment i open it , but it doesn't work , the PDF attachment shown nothing also , the body text appear nothing instead square, in addition , this form include the PIctures , what i wish is to see everything on PDF file like body text of email alert.

    hi , thanks you 

    now i meet the issue , my customer submit the form without receiving the PDF attachment , 
    Can we do sth here to have their last submission on the PDF ? 

    And also the survey contained with Photos , Can the PDF Attachment also appear the photos ? 
    I wish it has .

    Are you referring to this form https://www.jotform.me/form/82879189661476? Upon checking, it shows that email notification were successfully sent to your registered email (hchanleakna@coca-cola.com.kh).

    Please confirm if you haven't received any notification yet. I checked on your mail logs and found that all emails were successful.

    hi @jed , i haven't received any email this morning . we went to the market and did the survey , but didn't receive an email this morning on 18/12/2018 , 

    please check from your side , while i already add email to few people and also attached with PDF. 

    please assist me on this case.

    You can also check the email history of your forms from your account — How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    I see that you have set 5 email addresses as recipients of the email notification in your MLP Assessment Form.

    Upon checking, there are three recent submissions for your form and the most recent submission's email notification was the only one sent successfully.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. But, did you receive the email notification in all email recipients for that most recent submission?

    With your permission, we would like to make an actual test submission on your form.

    hi Mike , I only received an testing email from support team a moment ago.and this morning during 09 or 10 , there's no email receiving , but in Submission view form , I see the data , 

    so the things are settled now ? 

    I wish there's no error on this for the next time , since my form is already on live :(

    I just tested your form now and added my email, I received the notification immediately.

    The form's notification works fine based on my test. If you are still not able to receive email notification, I would suggest that you setup an SMTP by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
