Email notification not sending

    You fixed it last night but it's apparently having the same problem again.

    I have checked the email address assigned to our bounce list but it is not listed.

    Can you please try to embed your form using the Iframe code?

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Hi no I can't.  


    Iframe is not compatible with SSL. 


    But that's not the issue because: The leads still are going into jotform and going into my CRM 

    2) When i use it with the direct link it still doesn't work

    Can you try whitelisting the IP address and email list of JotForm?

    Hi.  I whitelisted it.  A few came through but the last one didn't.  It also did not show up in my spam folder

    Apologies for any inconvenience you are still encountering. I have checked the email history of your account and I didn't find any email attempts that have bounced since one of my colleagues (in another thread you opened about this concern) removed the email address you set as the recipient of the notification in your form in our Bounce List.

    There are 3 email notifications in your form where 2 of those email notifications are sent conditionally. The other email addresses you set as the recipient in the conditions are also not in our Bounce List.

    Can you share with us a submission in your form that is showing on the submissions page but you did not receive the email notification for that submission, please?

    Now some are coming through and some aren't.  Alan Ryalls is one lead that I didn't get an email for but can see in my crm
