Text box columns do not fit in the width of the page / fields are not shown in the pdf

Thank you for your answer. However this doesn't answer my question completely.

I have an online application and I want to save it on my computer in the PDF format, then unfortunately I cannot see some fields that are in the actual online form (widgets and file upload fields). I do not need a fillable PDF form.. I just want to save the PDF format application form with all the info. For instance to be able to print it later..
I also did not try yet to convert to PDF/print submitted application.. Will I also NOT see some fields like widgets? and will all the columns fit in the A4 page?

Hello Kate, May I clarify if you would like to create a fillable PDF form (for users to fill out via PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit) or you need to create a PDF document for submissions received to your online form? 

If you are creating fillable PDF form, please note that widgets and file upload fields can not be added to PDF form since there's no option to transfer that data to our servers via PDF.

If you want to display the form submitted data in a PDF document, the widget data or the images uploaded the file upload fields shall be displayed normally in the PDF document. Also, if the fields are not filled while submitting the form, they may not be displaying the fields when the option 'Hide empty fields' is enabled.
